There are just about 29 hours left to get your fics in! That is 11:59 P.M. on Wednesday August 20 (find out what time that is for you here).

You will have a couple days to edit and make last second revisions after this, but you must have your story uploaded prior to this date if you don't want to be considered in default.

(Any last minute pinch hits will have a different deadline. More details and specifics will be posted on that tomorrow night.)

Oh, awesome! I think the collection profile says 12:00am on Wednesday, which I was reading as the first minute of Wednesday.

Hallo--by "a couple days", how many days do you think we'll have? I've got a decent draft going (it's complete, sorta) but it desperately needs some more editing.

We are definitely going to give outstanding pinch hits until we open the archive on Friday. (Most likely around 6 p.m. EDT, though obviously we'd prefer them not to come in at like 5:59.)

If we get to the deadline tomorrow night and find that we have an overwhelming amount of pinch hits to send out, and ones outstanding, we will discuss extending the deadline for pinch hits further. :)

Mmkay. I'm not doing a pinch-hit but a regular assignment. I've uploaded a placeholder copy for now, and while I'll try to get it in by tonight, it's still a relief to know that I have a couple more days to tweak it (like I said, it's "complete" for a given value of complete, but the ending needs to be fixed like whoa).

That should be fine! As long as it looks like a story and isn't just repeated gibberish or something like that, then you'll be safe from being defaulted. :)
