The final deadline for post-deadline pinch-hits has now officially passed! If you have not completed your pinch hit, we will send those requests to the pinch hit list and open it up for anyone who is interested in writing.

You may continue to post any treats after this deadline and through when authors are revealed, so if you have time this weekend, treat away!

Stories will be ready for reading once everyone who wrote a story has also received a complete story. We're currently shooting for some time on October 8, but we will keep you updated should the opening be delayed. (We will also give a one hour warning before we go live.) 

Please take a look at the pinch hit list and the current emergency pinch hit if you're up to writing this weekend!

One hour to pinch hit deadline!

The final deadline for post-deadline pinch-hits is in about 1 hour. All pinch hits, and any edits to already posted fics, should be posted no later than 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 7.

We also have one emergency pinch-hit at this time. We won't be assigning it to anyone; if you can write and post a completed story for the recipient, please do so ASAP!

Archive Opening Delayed (obviously), but not for long!

 As you have probably noticed, the opening of this year's archive has been delayed. However, we plan on opening it tomorrow, October 9, at approximately 10:00 a.m. PDT. What time is that where you are? Check here! (We will also post a one hour warning to let you know that it's about to open and any edits must be completed.)

As for our emergency pinch hit, it is still outstanding, though we have one writer working on something. That said, we encourage anyone (and everyone) to please write something for this pinch hit. (You may look at the full requests here.) Aurilly has been incredibly patient and kind regarding this issue and we would love to see some treats get written!

Thanks to all of you for your patience and understanding about these unforeseen delays! We hope all of these wonderful stories will be worth the wait! (Okay, we admit it, we've peeked, and they are definitely worth the wait!)
