Unfulfilleds/defaults will be posted to the pinch hit list tomorrow sometime. The deadline for those will be October 12th.

That is part of it, but usually we stay ahead of things like that so it doesn't slow things down. Unfortunately, real life intruded and we have been playing catch up as we go along.
